mama haley visit!
to see what all the fuss was about regarding this “seattle” thing, mom came to see us end of july/beginning of august. what a time! we saw much that was cool, and had even better food than we’ve grown accustomed to - we couldn’t keep mom from cooking for us night after night!
also, we were lucky to have someone from VA on hand yet again to help us unload the final cube. check in with wordsonwater if you want another perspective on our experience here - i’m sure she’ll be posting her musings on the visit before too long. i hope we gave her a decent vacation, despite the week’s workload!
